Skill Nation (“Skill Nation”, “we”, “our”, “us”) believes in transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or replacements may be provided for our digital products and services.

By enrolling in our courses or making a payment on our platform, you agree to this policy.


1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Skill Nation primarily offers:

  • Online courses

  • Digital educational content

  • Skill development programs

  • Subscription-based or lifetime access learning products

All offerings are digital and non-tangible in nature.


2. COURSE PURCHASE & ACCESS

  • Once payment is successfully completed, immediate or scheduled access to the digital content is granted.

  • After access is provided, the purchase is considered final and non-cancellable.


3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Non-usage or partial usage of the course

  • Failure to complete the course

  • Incompatibility with user’s device, software, or internet

  • Personal reasons or time constraints

  • Dissatisfaction after accessing course content


4. EXCEPTIONAL REFUND CASES

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

4.1 Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4.2 Payment Failure

If payment is deducted but the course is not activated due to a technical issue, either:

  • Full refund will be processed, or

  • Course access will be granted after verification


5. COURSE CANCELLATION BY SKILL NATION

If Skill Nation cancels a course or discontinues a service due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative course / credit,

will be provided at our discretion.


6. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE

  • All approved refunds are processed through Razorpay only

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days, depending on bank or payment provider


7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund (only in eligible cases), users must contact us with:

  • Registered name

  • Email / mobile number

  • Payment transaction ID

  • Reason for request

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment for eligible cases.


8. FINAL DECISION AUTHORITY

Skill Nation reserves the sole right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests

  • Decide eligibility after internal verification

All decisions made by Skill Nation shall be final and binding.


9. NO CASH REFUNDS

All refunds, if approved, will be processed electronically only.
No cash or offline refunds will be provided.


10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Skill Nation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated policies will be published on our website.


11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Palghar, Maharashtra, India.
